Use the same method you signed up with — email, Apple or Google. Each sign-in belongs to one account, so a different email address leads to a different account. If you've lost access to that email, write to support@minglea.example and tell us the address you used.
Profile → Settings → Language. The interface is available in English and 中文 (简体); the conversation languages you choose are used for matching.
You can do it yourself, inside the app — no email needed.
Unused coins are lost and are not refunded. We may retain limited safety, fraud, tax, or legal records after your request: safety evidence is kept for up to 18 months, tax records for 10 years.
Need a hand? Open Help & Support → Privacy & data in the app, or email privacy@minglea.example from the address on your account.
Just want a break? Profile → Settings → Log out keeps everything as it is, and you can pause matching in Match → Preferences.
